Relocating Baha is a one-stop shop for all your needs when trying to move or start a business in Mexico. Once we have a location you like, we can hire your vetted contractors and remodeling crew, and even manage your construction. It takes someone with the knowhow to hook up your water, get your CFE electricity, activate your mobile phones with Telmex and get your Wi-Fi set up with Starlink. We can even find someone to run your B & B or business when you aren’t there or help you get something less complicated like getting a Mexican Driver’s License. We want to facilitate smooth transactions on all processes, big or small. This also includes things that aren’t business related. How do you go about filing for your residency, temporary or permanent? What do you need to do to qualify for healthcare in Mexico? These topics are essential to a smooth transition for expatriates who are ready for the next chapter in life.

Our Relocating Baha team is dedicated to providing excellent service. We are fluent in both Spanish and English. Our primary goal is to facilitate all your needs and wants using the highest caliber of ethics, professionalism and expertise. There can be many hoops to jump through during the process and we will consider ourselves a success if we can lessen the frustration level for those that don’t have the time to wrestle in the mud of government regulations. Discover for yourself why expatriates have chosen our services, with all the joys and challenges in relocating to Cabo San Lucas!
It makes sense that you’d be unsure about starting the relocation process, particularly for picking a new location. For new clients, we focus on identifying the town that best reflects their needs and interests. We are currently scouting locations in Todos Santos, Pescadero, and Cabo San Lucas, with the goal of eventually expanding to the entire Baja area. We’ll refine our search to find the perfect property in your chosen town, ensuring it meets your unique needs and lifestyle preferences.
Most people do not have to have a job before moving down here, they do however need to have a tourist visa. Tourist Visas are usually valid for 6 months at a time. If you have no job in Baja, you do need to prove to Mexican officials that you have enough money to sustain yourself and pay your property taxes without it.
