He is deeply rooted and involved in the community, allowing him to have an accurate real time perspective on how things need to be implemented and what the best solutions are.
Originally from Cananea, Sonora, Luis has spent the last decade forging his path within the different realms of both government and business ventures in Baja Sur, with a vast knowledge of law procedures, municipal and state codes and impeccable ethics, Luis takes pride in guiding clients every step of the way in the achieving of their goals.
Passionate about horses, sports and nature, he enjoys the life in Baja Sur, and has found a fulfilling career helping others call Baja Sur home, his high standards, work ethics and true appreciation for the land, the well-being of the community and building lasting connections, makes him an invaluable person for his friends, clients and everyone looking to find their piece of paradise in Baja California Sur.

Francis “Pancho”Haley – Cofounder
Francis “Pancho” Haley is an experienced entrepreneur, investor and seasoned veteran in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate design-build / development. He lives in Todos Santos, where his background combined with a deep appreciation and knowledge of the Baja life style allows him to provide invaluable perpective to those looking to make Baja Sur their home
A dual Mexican / USA Citizen who has spent decades exploring Baja by land and sea , Pancho is someone who truly embraces the culture and traditions of Mexico. He has built strong relationships within the local community, gaining a full perspective of what makes Baja Sur and being a “Choyero” so special. You might see him riding horses along with local vaqueros or sailing the Pacific or Sea of Cortez . He embodies the spirit of appreciation for the land and its people.
His mission goes beyond facilitating relocation, he wants future residents to truly experience, respect and integrate into the local culture, he believes that Baja Sur is in a privledged moment in time. The opportunities abound for both locals and new residents. Through his work, Pancho helps others not just relocate, but build lasting connections and embrace the “pura vida” in Baja.
Luis is not a Baja real estate agent himself. He is a solutions-oriented manager of anything that needs to be done regarding buying or selling property in Todos Santos, El Pescadero and Cabo San Lucas. He also is an expert on the legal implications of becoming a citizen in Mexico. He is a deeply rooted member of the community and has established both personal and working relationships with many of the townspeople of Todos Santos, El Pescadero and Cabo San Lucas.
